Saddle Return Policy

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse & you are satisfied with your purchase. When your saddle arrives, inspect it carefully. Saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If you are not satisfied, return the unused saddle immediately for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle may not sit completely down on the horse’s back until it has been ridden several times, especially the treeless models. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. All original labels or tags must accompany returned saddle.  You are allowed 5 days from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to return it, and we must receive the return within 10 days of notification.  Please return the saddle immediately, unused & with all components included, for exchange or refund. We stress that  refunds can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use. *Unauthorized returns or saddles showing any signs of use will result in restocking fees of $100 minimum charge or complete denial of a refund. Shipping fees on returned merchandise are at customers expense & initial shipping costs will not be refunded. *All returns are assessed a 3% restocking fee to cover the Pay Pal & Credit card fees that are not able to be recovered. *We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the saddle in the process of returning it, shipping insurance on your return is strongly recommended. Financed and custom ordered saddles are NOT RETURNABLE unless defective or an error on our part has occurred.
